Sealed Tenders / Offers for Redevelopment were invited from reputed, financially strong, experienced Construction Contractors

Notice was given to members to vacate their flats by 31st May 2023 so as to proceed with demolition of the building

IOA was issued by Building Permission Cell, Greater Mumbai/MHADA

Plan was approved by CFO and accordingly application was made for obtaining IOA

Payment of 1st instalment as per the Offer letter  was made to MHADA

Offer letter received from MHADA and request to make the payment of premium in Four instalments as per Authority
resolution No. 6749.

Development Manager M/S Vitrag Engineer Pvt Ltd was appointed to manage our Self-Redevelopment process and accordingly MOU was signed

Application submitted to MHADA for Offer Letter.

Resolution pass for appointment of DM

Resolution pass to authorise Managing Committee for signing documents on behalf of society.

Resolution to go for Self-Redevelopment in Development Manager Model and to pass the feasibility report in DM model

Resolution was passed for the feasibility report for the project prepared by our PMC and approval of plans.

Resolution passed to appoint the P.M.C for the Self-Redevelopment. Out of 5 different PMC proposals, Toughcons Nirman Pvt Ltd was selected to take care of our redevelopment process

Resolution pass to take project loan from Mumbai District Co-operative Bank
